If hat making materials specific to your design need to be purchased; we’ll point you in the right direction and provide guidance to making the best choices.

Delivery
When it’s time to ship, we carefully pack your order and ship to you using your preferred service provider.
We track your package and follow its progress; until it is signed for by the recipient.

Consultation
During an initial consultation (in person, by phone, or virtually) we will discuss with you your design concept, costume details and any specific or physical needs for the hat, headdress or accessory.

The build
Once we have a clear path moving forward; we often begin with the build of a mock-up for constructive conversation and the fine tuning of the idea.
Next, comes the actual build of the costume piece.
